Alexander Brak advises in all matters of corporate law and specializes in stock corporation and capital markets law. Alexander studied law at the University of Osnabrück with a special focus on corporate and capital markets law. Subsequent to his studies, he worked as a research assistant in an international law firm in Düsseldorf before he graduated from Loyola University Chicago School of Law with a master’s degree (LL.M). While writing his doctoral thesis, Alexander worked as a research assistant at the Institute for Company and Economic Law at the University of Osnabrück in the department of Prof. Dr. Andreas Fuchs, LL.M. (Michigan). He earned his doctorate with a topic on capital markets law. Alexander completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Oldenburg with stages at the corporate department of Glade Michel Wirtz in Düsseldorf and at the Higher Regional Court of Oldenburg in a senate for banking and investment law.
