Eva Georg advises in all matters of corporate law including stock corporation, capital markets law and corporate governance issues. A particular focus of her practice are national and international corporate transactions, corporate restructurings, matters of transformation law and public takeovers.
Prior to her work with LMPS, Eva worked for several years as a lawyer in the corporate/M&A department of the international law firm Linklaters in Düsseldorf.
Eva studied law at the University of Münster and, after the first state examination, completed a Master of Laws with a focus on Global Business Law at La Trobe University in Melbourne. She completed her legal clerkship in the district of the Higher Regional Court Düsseldorf with, among others, a stage at the German Embassy in London. After the second state examination Eva worked as a legal assistant in the corporate/M&A department of Linklaters and obtained her doctorate on a topic of corporate law at the University of Münster. Since 2014 she has been admitted to the bar in Düsseldorf
Eva is married and has one son.
