Carolin Röskes advises in all matters of corporate law and specializes in capital market law and mergers & acquisitions. Prior to her work with LMPS, Carolin worked for over a year as a lawyer in the corporate/M&A department of a boutique law firm in Hamburg. Carolin studied law at the University of Cologne with a special focus on corporate law. She also completed a complementary training on US-American law. Subsequent to her studies, she worked as a research assistant in the corporate/M&A department of Hogan Lovells. Carolin completed her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf with stages at the corporate/M&A department of Hogan Lovells and Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek.
