Dr. Julius Frédéric Balan

Julius Balan studied law at the University of Münster with a focus on corporate and competition law. Alongside his studies, he completed specialized foreign language training in U.S. law. After his studies, he worked as a research assistant at the Chair of Corporate and Capital Market Law at the University of Münster under Prof. Dr. Matthias Casper, where he earned his doctorate (Dr. iur.) in 2022 with a dissertation on corporate law. Following a period of work as a research assistant in the Corporate/M&A practice at the international law firm Linklaters in Düsseldorf, he completed his legal clerkship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Hamm, including a rotation at Linklaters in Düsseldorf.
